Anxiety can feel overwhelming, making it hard to focus, express yourself, or even breathe deeply.  Leaving you feeling stuck or even isolated. But what if music could help you navigate those moments with more ease? 

 

Mindful Music Coaching is  about more than just learning to play or sing -  it’s about using sound as a tool for grounding, self-expression, and emotional balance.  Through gentle guidance, we explore: 

 

✨Breathwork and Sound: connecting your breath with sound to ease tension and center yourself.

✨Journaling with Sound: reflecting on how music affects your mood and helps you process emotions.

✨Confidence Building: creating a space where you feel safe to explore, express, and grow. 

✨Mindful Creating: whether your method is an instrument, your voice, writing, or some other from of expression we will work to approach that choice with presence, rather than pressure.
